What we collect

We only collect data you provide voluntarily:

• Name
• Email address
• Company (optional)
• The content of messages sent via the contact form
• Chat assistant conversation transcripts (including the name and email you provide)
• Booking details (date, time slot, company)

We never sell or rent your data.

Purposes & legal basis

Your data is used to:

• Respond to your inquiries and follow up (pre-contractual steps taken at your request)
• Arrange and confirm the calls you book (pre-contractual steps)
• Provide and improve the chat assistant (legitimate interest in assisting visitors)

We do not run targeted advertising or automated profiling.

Retention

We keep contact inquiries and chat transcripts for as long as needed to follow up, then for a reasonable accounting or legal period, after which they are deleted. Booking details are kept for as long as needed to arrange the call and reasonable follow-up. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights (access & erasure)

You can at any time request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction, or its deletion. To exercise these rights, email contact@almacorix.com from the relevant address and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

We use strictly functional cookies, not advertising cookies:

• A “locale” cookie that remembers your language choice (FR/EN).
• An HttpOnly chat-session cookie that ties a conversation to your session so other visitors cannot access it.

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking. If the Calendly booking embed is enabled, Calendly may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
